Meet Brad
Brad Burden’s return to kayaking after two decades away from the sport sparked a renewed passion for paddling, storytelling, and community. Drawing from both his early years as a professional freestyle kayaker and his current journey back into competition, Brad brings a unique perspective shaped by experience, reflection, and growth.
Through B-Flow Sessions, Brad shares whitewater kayaking instruction, outdoor adventure, wellness, and conversations that connect people through rivers and outdoor culture. His platform includes clinics, coaching, content creation, and the B-Flow Sessions Podcast, where he explores adventure, mindset, wellness, and the paddling community through long-form conversations and storytelling.
Whether he is coaching new paddlers, podcasting, or spending time on the river, Brad’s focus remains the same: helping people reconnect with the joy of being on the water.
“Flow happens both on the river and in everyday life.”
