Colorado Oregon Rafting Team
Whitewater raft racing team, nonprofit organization, and river community advocate.
Colorado Oregon Rafting Team, also known as CORT, is a collection of whitewater paddlers who compete on rivers throughout the West Coast and Colorado in multiple two- to six-person paddle raft teams.
Meet CORT
CORT races head-to-head with other teams and against the clock through rapids ranging from Class III to Class V. Their teams compete across a variety of rivers throughout the West Coast and Colorado while helping promote the sport of whitewater raft racing at a national and international level.
Beyond competition, CORT serves the river community through service and education. The organization provides river trips to disabled veterans, youth organizations, and other community groups, while also participating in river cleanup events around the country.
CORT also helps educate and train athletes to compete at an elite level, supports local boating safety by communicating hazardous river conditions, and helps coordinate and promote river events, including Pagosa Paddle.
“Racing, service, training, and river stewardship all move together.”
